Close-coupling calculations on CsF

Abstract
Close-coupling calculations have been performed for the rotational excitation of CsF by low-energy electrons. There are significant differences between these results and the values predicted by the first Born approximation. Momentum transfer cross sections are reduced by a factor of three, improving the comparison with recent experimental measurements.Keywords
