Abstract
A catalytic aldol reaction between trimethylsilyl enol ethers and aldehydes by using lithium diphenylamide, a Lewis base catalyst, in DMF or pyridine solvent proceeded smoothly to afford the corresponding aldols under mild conditions.Keywords
