Abstract
A wide range of compositions of the title system have been prepared with x ranging from 0.10 to 0.99, and x‐ray parameters and pertinent thermoelectric properties such as Seebeck coefficient, electrical resistivity, and thermal conductivity were determined. Particular emphasis was given to the range of x from 0.95 to 0.99, where useful thermoelectric properties yielding figures of merit between are experienced at elevated temperatures.
