Abstract
Analysis of energies of nuclei in which protons and neutrons occupy different unfilled shells is made on the basis of the shell model. Good agreement of the calculated and experimental energies is obtained in the and the regions. Parameters characterizing the nuclear interaction were determined. When these are used in the case of the right spin is obtained for the ground state.
