Die laparoskopische Cholangiographie

Abstract

Die laparoskopische Cholangiographie ist eine neue Untersuchungsmethode der Gallenwege, welche das Studium der normalen und pathologischen Physiologie der Gallenwege ermöglicht. Es ist auch möglich, mit derselben die Diagnostik der Veränderungen der Gallenwege mit einer Genauigkeit durchzuführen, welche bisher mit nichtchirurgischen Untersuchungsmethoden nicht zu erreichen war. Andererseits befindet sich die Methode noch in der Entwicklung und ist weit entfernt, ihre technische Vollendung erreicht zu haben. The laparoscopic cholangiography is a new method of examining the bile-ducts, which renders possible the study of the normal and pathologic physiology of the bile-ducts. It is also possible to accomplish the diagnosis of the alterations of the bile-ducts with an accuracy hitherto not attainable with non-surgical methods of examination. Otherwise the method is yet in its evolution and far from its technical completion. La Cholangiographie sous controle laparoscopique est une méthode d'examen nouvelle des voies biliaires et permet l'étude de leur fonctionnement physiologique et pathologique. Elle permet une precision diagnostique jusqu'ici inconnue pour des méthodes d'examen non chirurgicales. La méthode est encore a l'étude et sa technique est encore loin d'etre parfaitement au point. La colangiografía laparoscópica es un nuevo procedimiento de exploración de las vías biliares que posibilita el estudio de la fisiología normal y patológica de las vías biliares. Con este procedimiento también es posible el diagnóstico de las alteraciones de las vías biliares con una exactitud que no se ha podido alcanzar hasta hoy con los métodos de exploración no quirúrgicos. Por otra parte este procedimiento se encuentra todavía en desarrollo y está lejos de haber llegado a su perfección técnica.
