Abstract
The theory of thermally stimulated polarisation current is presented. Mathematical solutions for the transient regime are established taking into account the temperature dependence of saturation polarisation in agreement with the Langevin formula. Computed solutions differ from the calculations of McKeever and Hughes (J. Phys. D, vol.8, p.1520 (1975)) and develop a current reversal which cannot be ignored. Keywords
