Abstract
For staining the flagella of root nodule bacteria or Bacterium radiobacter, it proved desirable to allow the culture to remain for about 30 min. in sterile distilled water at room temp. Smears should be made on slides heated in a flame just short of the breaking point. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
