Abstract
Forty normal adult sera were analyzed by one-dimensional TLC. The averages in mg/100 ml were: α-tocopherol, 0.916; combined β + γ-tocopherols, 0.133. No δ-tocopherol was found. The procedure was checked by comparing with GLC analyses and also with 2-dimensional TLC.This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
