Three fractions are separable from chicken hemoglobin, vising electrophoresis on starch. Agar plate double diffusion tests and immunoelectrophoresis indicate that 2 of them have the same serological specificity. The 3rd one, i.e., the slowest moving one, has specific serological characters.
