Abstract
Twenty-eight Springfield College students were exercised, using the elbow flexor muscle group, three times a week for a period of four weeks on the Kelso-Hellebrandt ergometer. There was a significant gain in strength in both the exercised and unexercised muscle groups. Significant increases in muscular endurance were found only in the exercised muscle group. Keywords
