Abstract
外用サンスクリーン剤の紫外線防御効果を検討するため, 健康成人男子12名を対象に屋外実験を行った。試料: ECRAN TOTAL INVISIBLE®(ETI), écran total opaque 15+A+B®(15+)(いずれもRoC社製)。塗布量: 2mg/cm2。塗布部位: 背部の非露光部位。5月の埼玉県所沢市における自然光により, サンスクリーン剤塗布部位の最少紅斑量(MED)と非塗布部位のMEDを24時間後に判定しsun protection factor(SPF)を算定した。その結果, SPFは15+が6.6以上, ETIが3.6以上であった。屋外実験によるSPFの正確な算定は困難と思われたが, 両剤とも紫外線紅斑の抑制効果は十分でありその優れた実用性が示された。また同時にUVセンサー(東レ製)で紫外線の強度と積算値を測定しその実用性を検討した。Keywords
