Saturation of Fluctuation Dissipation in Superfluid Flow

Abstract
In a thermally driven superfluid helium film the dissipation has been observed to saturate for sufficiently high superfluid velocity in agreement with the fluctuation model of intrinsic dissipation.Keywords
