Abstract
Three patients with Felty syndrome were treated with gold sodium thiomalate. In all 3, there was an increase in total numbers of peripheral blood neutrophils and total white blood cells, as well as marked clinical improvement of the arthritic complaints. In 2 patients there was a marked decrease in spleen size. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
