Abstract
Exposure of ‘leaky’ adrenal medullary cells to GTP-γ-S inhibits Ca-dependent exocytosis in bovine cells, but stimulates exocytosis in chicken cells. The inhibitory action on bovine cells persists in the presence of TPA suggesting that in this tissue an inhibitory GTP-binding protein may modulate the action of protein kinase C on exocytosis. Keywords
