Abstract
The formation from hemoglobin of split products not precipitable by trichloracetic acid is taken as a measure of tryptic activity. The split products are estimated colorimetrically. Many measurements of tryptic activity can be made in a short time and different samples of hemoglobin yield the same results. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
