Abstract
A previously unreported technique by which interposed structures can be avoided in CT-guided percutaneous fine needle biopsy is described. Fine gauge biopsy needles are curved before insertion, either directly or through a coaxial guidance needle. The arc described by the needle allows an intervening structure to be avoided. Keywords
