Abstract
Transmission delay was measured through a standard 100 cm 7F cardiac catheter and a 122 cm length of thick-walled vinyl plastic tubing, by electronic means, utilizing an oscilloscopic recorder. The delay for the catheter amounted to 0.0069 [plus or minus] 0.0006 seconds for the tubing, 0.0059 [plus or minus] 0.0007 seconds. Keywords
