Abstract
Temporal lobe epilepsy and an incongruous hemianopsia in a 23-year-old patient suggested lesions in the Ammon's horn and lateral geniculate body. Compression of the vascular supply of these structures is considered the probable mechanism responsible for the lesions and signs.
