Abstract
Transmission electron microscopy has been used to study the small dislocation loops found in neutron irradiated copper. Stereo-micrographs were used to determine the positions of a number of loops relative to the bottom surface of the microscopic foil. Inspection of the black-white contrast due to these loops showed that they were interstitial in nature. Keywords
