Abstract
A nuclear magnetic resonance study of the resonance in paramagnetic Fe is reported. The hyperfine interactions with the magnetic electrons are measured and shown to be important in determining the resonance properties. The isotropic hyperfine interaction indicates the presence of (0.46±0.03)% unpaired spins in orbitals from each ion neighbor.
