Abstract
An incomplete antibody was recovered from washed red cell stroma of patients with acquired hemolytic anemia by elution with citrate[long dash]HC1 buffer [image]/10 (Sorenson) pH 3.2-3.4. On addition of the neutralized eluate to human red cells the red cells were rendered agglutinable by anti-human globulin serum regardless of their group. The titer of the eluted antibody varied in different cases from 1/4 to 1/256.Keywords
