Abstract
The application of reversed phase high performance liquid chromatogarphy (RP-HPLC) in analytical and preparative mapping of polypeptides and proteins is reviewed. Compared to conventional techniques, superior peak resolution for both hydrophilic and hydrophobic peptides can be obtained with a variety of convenient RP-HPLC methods which also offer the advantages of short elution times and good recoveries. Keywords
