Relationship between sperm concentration and the incidence of polyspermy in mouse embryos fertilized in vitro

Abstract
A dose-response relationship between the incidence of polyspermy and sperm concentration was found by analyzing chromosome preparations of 1st-cleavage mouse embryos derived from fertilizations in vitro with 3 concentrations of mouse spermatozoa (2 .times. 104, 2 .times. 106 and 1 .times. 107/ml).This publication has 9 references indexed in Scilit:
