Abstract
The bound-state three-body system, with two of the particles charged, is considered using two approximamate forms of the Coulomb Green's function Gc(W). The nuclear potential between each pair is assumed to be of the separable s-wave form. The binding energy of the model He3 system is calculated numerically for each of the two approximations for the Coulomb Green's function, and these results are compared with a first-order perturbation calculation.
