Abstract
The effect of a repulsive three-body ΛNN force on the ΛN scattering lengths and the He4ΛH4Λ binding-energy difference is considered. It is found that a suitable three-body force strength needed to adjust the ΛN scattering lengths to the measured Λp ones reduces substantially the additional Coulomb repulsion in He4Λ. Some remarks are made concerning the charge-symmetry-breaking components of the ΛN interaction.
