Abstract
A servoanalysis of the consenual pupil reflex to light was performed and a transfer function obtained. The pupil servosystem has a very low gain and is extremely stable. The quantitative experimental and analytic techniques used were described. The appropriateness of this investigative method for studying the nervous system was explained. Keywords
