Occupational dermatitis from IPPD in tyres

Abstract
A tyre assembler developed contact dermatitis from IPPD, a rubber antioxidant. The lichenified clinical pattern corresponded histologically to lichenified dermatitis. Tyre assemblers appear to acquire contact dermatitis to this aromatic amine mare frequently than any other workers in the tyre manufacturing industry. Possible adjuvant factors and preventive measures are discussed.
