Arabinose with LL-Diaminopimelic Acid in the Cell Wall of an Aerobic Coryneform Organism Isolated from Human Skin

Abstract
Six bacteria with coryneform morphology, which have LL-diaminopimelic acid and arabinose as their major wall components are described. The taxonomic implications of these findings are discussed and it was suggested that these isolates cannot be assigned to the genus Corynebacterium and may belong to a currently uncharacterized genus.This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
