Abstract
A controller for DC-DC converters based on fuzzy logic is proposed. Being free of complex equations and heavy computation, the controller is expected to control converters that operate at high frequencies. This paper presents the derivation of fuzzy control rules for the basic converter circuits and simulations of the performance of the closed-loop converters in respect of start-up transient, load regulation and line regulation.<>Keywords
