Abstract
Resistivity annealing of gold after irradiation at 0.3 K and 0.5 K with 150 keV Protons was studied in the temperature range 0.3 K-2 K on undoped and predoped samples. Within the experimental error no annealing stage I, which is usually found in all other fcc-metals, was observed. So the mechanism of the interstitial migration in gold is still unclear. Keywords
