Myocarditis in African trypanosomiasis

Abstract

Two cases of trypanosome myocarditis have been described in Kenya Africans of the Luo tribe, living in the Kisumu district. We can find no previous record of trypanosome myocarditis resulting from T. rhodesiense infection.
