Abstract
Intracytoplasmic type-A particles isolated from mouse mammary tumors and purified by repeated gradient centrifugations exhibit endogenous and exogenous (template-stimulated) RNA-dependent DNA polymerase activities. The enzyme has a preference for Mg2+.
