Abstract
The 4.2 Md EcoRI fragment of Aspergillus nidulans mitochondrial DNA was cloned using the plasmid pBR 332 as vector and E. coli as host. Hitherto unknown sequence of HindIII sites within this region of mitochondrial genome was established. This publication has 11 references indexed in Scilit:
