Abstract
Resistivity and Hall coefficient have been measured over the temperature range below 300 K for superconducting (La1-x Sr x )2CuO4 single crystal thin films epitaxially grown on SrTiO3 (100) by magnetron sputtering. It is found that the carrier density at 300 K is 6.8×1021 cm-3 and that it decreases notably with falling temperature. Carrier localization due to oxygen vacancies is briefly discussed. Keywords
