Abstract
Summary Serological responses demonstrable by an Ouchterlony technique, and skin sensitizations were produced in rabbits injected subcutaneously with coccidioidal antigen in either Freund's complete adjuvant or latex particles. Negative immunodiffusion results, but positive skin tests were produced by rabbits injected subcutaneously with antigen alone. The possibility of producing skin sensitivity by repeated intradermal injections of coccidioidin is discussed. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
