Deposition of Liver Glycogen in Normal Mice and in Mice Bearing Sarcoma 180.

Abstract

Normal [male] mice stored 23.8% of injected glucose as liver glycogen, mice bearing sarcoma 180 stored only 12%. These differences are considered significant since the tumor infected mice were normal as to weight, food intake, and concn. of fasting liver glycogen.
