Abstract
Preview A woman has a motor vehicle accident in the 32nd week of her pregnancy and is brought to you for evaluation. She does not remember any direct blow to her abdomen. She has no vaginal bleeding and no other symptoms. Fetal heart tones are good. Can she go home immediately? Dr Rosenfeld explains why she should not.Keywords
