Abstract
Eight hypothyroid infants below the age of 1 year had prominent respiratory manifestations, mainly nasal obstruction, which disappeared on thyroid replacement therapy. Respiratory symptoms should be included among the non-specific symptoms that should arouse suspicion of hypothyroidism.Keywords
