Abstract
Summary: Pericardial disease in a haemodialysis unit has been reviewed. It is suggested that in addition to the well established uraemic pericarditis there is a pericarditis with a different clinical course occurring in patients on chronic haemodialysis and with an incidence in this series of 18%.Keywords
