Abstract
The steam-distillation method of Dudley, Rosenheim and Rosenheim was modified and is described. This gave the base as phosphate. The spermine content of human semen is 90-260 mgm. per 100 gram. Bull semen does not contain spermine. Human feces contain a trace. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
