Abstract
One hundred and nine cases of cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea occurring over a ten-year period are reviewed. Experience with the use of fluorescein localization techniques in 45 cases is detailed. The simplicity, easy availability and safety of fluorescein techniques are stressed. Primary rhinologic repair is advocated. Keywords
