A patient with Gaucher''s disease and non-secretory multiple myeloma was described. The presence of typical Gaucher and myeloma cells was confirmed by transmission and scanning electron microscopy. The immunological studies established the diagnosis of non-secretory type of multiple myeloma. Keywords
