Abstract
The explicit form of the metric corresponding to two Kerr-Newman sources in equilibrium under the balancing of their electromagnetic and gravitation forces is derived using the method of Israel, Wilson, and Perjés. The sources have arbitrary masses and arbitrary but parallel angular momenta. The condition for equilibrium without struts and magnetic poles is discussed. Keywords
