Abstract
TRH[thyrotropin-releasing hormone]-stimulated prolactin release was determined in 4 male volunteers with and without pre-treatment with cyproheptadine. All showed a marked increase in the TRH-mediated prolactin rise and a marked decrease in the TRH-mediated TSH [thyrotropin] rise when receiving cyproheptadine pre-treatment.This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
