Abstract
Excised tomato roots were grown for 3 passages in a soln. of sugar, mineral salts and the thiazolyl. The thiazolyl was not as satisfactory as the vitamin thiazole. The thiazolyl was found to replace the vitamin thiazole for Phycomyces if used in an amt. 1000 times that of the vitamin thiazole. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
