The Percutaneous Intracavitary Electrocardiogram in the Diagnosis of Arrhythmias

Abstract
The technique of percutaneous intracavitary electrocardiographic recording applicable to bedside study of complex arrhythmias is described. Six selected cases are presented and discussed to illustrate the aid provided by intracavitary leads in the analysis and interpretation of arrhythmias difficult to decipher when recorded from surface electrocardiographic leads.
