Presentation of CaseA twenty-three-year-old woman was admitted to the hospital complaining of vaginal bleeding.She was in the fourth month of pregnancy. Ten days before admission the fetus was said to have died, and six days later vaginal bleeding began and increased up to admission.The past history revealed that the patient had been in good health until a year before admission. At that time she had a spontaneous abortion at about the third month of pregnancy.
