Über proteingebundenes Acetalphosphatid im Blut

Abstract

Acetalphosphatides were determined in protein fractions separated by Cohns method 10 or preparative paper column electrophoresis. They migrated chiefly with alpha1- and beta - globulins. Ultra-filtration showed that these were present mostly as lipoproteins. Determinations of acetalphosphatides in erythrocytes and in stroma powder showed that the high content in red cells was located entirely in stroma.
