CAPGRAS DELUSIONS IN A PRIVATE-PRACTICE

Abstract

Patients [3] with Capgras delusions, including a woman successully treated with lithium, and an adolescent boy were described. These patients constitute 0.3% of patients in the practice, 0.5% of inpatients and 1.4% of psychotics.
