Abstract
Reflotron, a solid phase reagent technology capable of measuring a wide range of analytes on whole blood, plasma or serum samples has been evaluated with reference to urea, glucose, cholesterol, triacylglycerols, haemoglobin and .gamma.-glutamyltransferase analyses. The results show good concordance with conventional wet chemistry methods, with comparable imprecision. Performance is not affected by variations in haematocript up to 0.55 or bilirubin concentrations at least up to 250 .mu.mol/l.This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
